The SERDEX Division is contuing ethnobotanical recording work by building up a database of tropical plants in order to list their traditional uses and potential pharmaceutical, cosmectic and dietary interest.

SERDEX is producing, manufacturing and selling purified and titrated active ingredients, down to the isolated molecule in some cases, which have proven safety and effectiveness.

SERDEX has historically developped its business around a plant, Centella asiatica. Originally the plant was valued for its healing properties, treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and some vaginal infection.
